3.10.1 Running diagnostic tests

 Click Commands - Run Diagnostics.

A warning message indicates that all users

will be disconnected.

 Click OK

to begin diagnostics.

 All users are disconnected and the Diagnostics window opens.

 As each test is finished, a pass (green circle) or fail (red x) symbol is visible. The

test is complete when the last test symbol is visible.
