poll rate, but stops because this poll rate is disabled.

Primary Poll Rate = 10 seconds
Secondary Poll Rate = 1 minute
Access Time = 5 minutes
In PollRec2, when the access time expires, the driver switches to the secondary poll rate and
then polls the datablock every minute.
