6.5.1 Installation of the 1

additional hard disk

1. Remove the HDD frame by loosening

the four screws inside the device; then

disconnect all cables from the hard disk

unit within the HDD frame.

Note:

Be very careful when disconnecting the

data cables - they are not provided with

strain relief!

2. Fit the additional hard disk unit into the

cooling frame and secure it using the

four screws supplied with SISTORE

AX.

3. Now connect the data line as well as

the power supply line to both hard disks

(cable tie needs to be open).

Note:

When inserting the cooling frame make

sure the cables are not crushed or

damaged.
